Harry Lars Ghillemyn
Ganna has been a licensed attorney in Ukraine since 2012, is a lawyer, with 16 years of legal experience and background. Ganna has two diplomas with honors: Master of Law and Bachelor of linguistics.
In 2022 Ganna started writing a PhD thesis to obtain the Doctor of Philosophy Degree in the field of international law studies.
Ganna is an author of Ukrainian Law “About Virtual Assets”, senior legal officer of the cryptocurrency exchange EXMO, head of legal department of the international career portal Headhunter.
For almost 5 years she has been working also a Chief Legal Officer of the cryptocurrency exchange KUNA. She is a founder of Manimama OU (Estonia), Manimama Exchange (Lithuania) and MTU I support Ukraine (Estonia).
Luxembourg qualified lawyer (Avocat à la Cour) registered at the Luxembourg bar and specialised in sophisticated capital raising, regulatory and debt transactions. He is a partner at Woud, an independent law firm bringing forward Web3 and Industry5. Harry was a former Managing Associate at Linklaters (Luxembourg and London) and Counsel at Goodwin.
Harry is a co-founder of Alpha Persei, a space collaboration platform aiming at vertical integration, consolidation and democratisation of space missions, Filedgr, a DLT big data company building the DAO of transparency, and the Luxembourg House of Web3. Current mandates of Harry include Aurel&Axel (the first urban farm in Luxembourg), the Vlaamse Club and Co-Head of Legal for Blockchain4Belgium (an initiative of the Belgian Secretary of State for digitalisation).

How to buy ticket?
Let's consider the purchase of a ticket using the Metamask wallet.
You can download Metamask wallet on the official website.
You can add the Arbitrum One network to your wallet in two ways:
In the drop-down menu at the top of the application screen, click on the "Add network" button
Or go to the ChainList platform
Make sure you have enough ETH on the Arbitrum One network to pay for gas
Click on the "Buy tickets" button or follow the link to the showcase for purchase
Connect your wallet in the Arbitrum One network
Click on the "Buy" button
Sign the transaction
Check the status of the transaction in the block explorer by clicking on the "Transaction" link
Click on the "Go to event" button
On the event page, read the necessary information and wait for your ticket to appear in the "Your Tickets" section. If necessary, refresh the page
At the ticket that appears, click "Sign auth message". Soon we will remove this step and it will become even more convenient to use the application
Sign the message in the wallet
Press "Use the ticket for invite link" button to get Telegram link
Confirm the use of the ticket
Wait for the link to be formed. Click on the "Join the event group" button
You will be taken to the Telegram app. Click on the "Request to Join" button
The bot will write to you. Through the message you can go to the conference group
Desktop version
Make sure you have enough ETH on the Arbitrum One network to pay for gas
Open the Metamask Wallet application and navigate to the browser
Open the conference website in your browser and click on the "Buy tickets" button
Connect your wallet in the Arbitrum One network
Click on the "Buy" button
Sign the transaction
Check the status of the transaction in the block explorer by clicking on the "Transaction" link
Click on the "Go to event" button
On the event page, read the necessary information and wait for your ticket to appear in the "Your Tickets" section. If necessary, refresh the page
